Matías Ignacio Vera Oyarzo (born: September 19, 2003), better known online as Peluchin Entertainment, or his current channel name Matias, is a Chilean YouTuber in the Hispanic YouTube community. He became infamous for a video showing him inflicting violent, fatal abuse on his pet cat named Jason Krueger.

Matías opened his channel on September 11, 2014, at the age of 10,[1] and uploaded his first video on December 22, 2014.
He initially uploaded videos sketching his stuffed animals, gameplays of horror games such as Five Nights at Freddy's, Slender, and SCP Containment Breach, as well as paint animations, which usually contained violence, blood, gore, and high-pitched screaming.
In early 2018, he began to display traits of an internet troll, forcing discussions with YouTubers like Waluishi and Super Wario Man, and making multiple videos about it. At the end of the same year, he published a video titled "Tortazo Slap", in which he inflicted minor abuse upon Jason Krueger by forcefully shoving an opened tin of cat food in his face while restraining him, showing that this kind of behaviour on his part had been common for a long time. The video is now deleted.

Xenophobia[]
Peluchin has been criticized several times for making racist comments against people of other nationalities, including Mexicans, Argentines, Colombians, Venezuelans and Americans. An example of this is in his fight with Super Wario Man, where he referred to him as a "mexichango" (which translated into English would be meximonkey).
Sexual harassment[]
In mid-2017, at the Lemaitre high school where Matías was studying, situations of sexual harassment by Matías began to appear towards his classmates.
One of the most repulsive situations was when, in the middle of a live show; recorded an audio of him masturbating repeating the name of one of his companions and saying that he was thinking about her. Matías sent said audio to a classmate via WhatsApp and also asked him to send it to a group of the same application made up of his classmates from the institute.
The partner did not send the audio to the group; but he did it to several of his other classmates, until it reached the ears of the classmate and many classmates in his class.
These audios were published by a YouTube user called El tio Silverksx in a video (currently private) entitled My final Verdict on Peluchín Entertainment + Audios from his colleagues.
In addition, he has also sexually harassed several colleagues, touching them in intimate areas. Currently the Punta Arenas Prosecutor's Office investigated him for having abused two companions on March 11, 2019. Matías had to testify in court on March 26 according to the press, but according to Matías it was the 27th, being accused under the framework of the Cholito Law.

On December 19, 2018, a video he had previously uploaded 14 days prior resurfaced showcasing Matías violently abusing Jason Krueger by picking him up by his tail and dropping him multiple times, the proceeding to throw him, step on him, kick him, and repeatedly hit him with a wooden spoon as he tried to escape. The cat later died in hospital from the injuries caused by Matías. Another video also showcased him throwing one of two new kittens he got after Jason's death into a dirty toilet bowl. These videos have sparked an immense amount of controversy not only in the Spanish community but worldwide, with many users calling for his arrest. After these videos went viral through Twitter and other social networks, YouTubers like DalasReview, Jordi Wild, Kajal Napalm, talked about the issue with contempt towards the young man, however, AuronPlay appealed for calm saying that they had asked for money to hire a hitman.[2]
After a while, Matías claimed he doesn't care about his cats and that he will keep adopting cats to kill them. He also claimed he will kill his mother as well.
Matías' channel would come onto the spotlight again in 2020 when a YouTuber by the name of Penguinz0 uploaded a video named "YouTubers Killing Their Cats"[3] on September 1st of that year, which discussed his channel's prevalence and endurance, and how he inspired other YouTubers to upload videos of them performing acts of animal abuse, particularly cats, and YouTube's inaction of the channel, comparing it to LeafyIsHere's termination, which happened around two weeks earlier on August 21. This is followed suit by other YouTubers, this time from the Western commentary community, such as Mellypea and TheQuartering.
On September 29, 2020, Peluchin Entertainment's channel was terminated due to violating YouTube's Terms of Service against animal cruelty.
After the 2018 cat controversy, many other YouTubers have followed his example of mistreating animals in order to "please" Peluchin and gain visits, among the most famous, Naytelos, who is from Argentina or Mexico, who has uploaded images of animals dead to his accounts and he calls himself the new "God" and number one fan of Peluchin. The issue was that some residents of the city of Matías, went to his house, blaming him for recidivism, to try to do justice by his own hand, on 9/15/2020. The police arrived and intervened and inspected Peluchin's house, later, the organizing user of the escrache mob broadcast on Facebook what she recorded on her cell phone. And in the news, Matías's mother defended him, arguing that they were impersonating her son, that he no longer owns any pets since 2018 and that since then they have been guiding him on the right path.[4] YouTubers such as Nauterplay or Can Alan already be a YouTuber at 32 years old?, Expressed their rejection of the aggressive attitude of the people towards Peluchin's grandmother and communicated that the true author of these new cases of animal abuse was Naytelos and not Peluchin. Currently, it is still being debated whether Peluchin has committed a repeat offense or there is identity theft. Since many channels pretend to be it.
Since July 23, 2020, at 23:00 (UTC-5), Matías sent photos of dead cats and kicking his cat to YouTuber Evelynbot X via Facebook. Then he spread it on Twitter and YouTube. With the phrase ''Ni Olvido Ni Perdón''
Mordo[]
Between May and June 2021, the YouTube Pooper Randomware (known by the YTPH Timmy entra a la deep web) accused the YouTuber M Ф RDO of having a Discord server where child pornography, gore, NSFW content, necrophiliac was distributed , zoophilic and animal abuse. Among the many active users, one confirmed is Peluchin, who was in fact back on YouTube and confirmed to be present on that server (When asked, he simply said "yes").
According to statements by M Ф R D O himself, he and Peluchín were friends. The period was approximately between 2019 and 2020, however a few months after that, Mordo returned to clarify things, it was revealed that it really was not as egregious as the server was thought to be, there were no posts from NSFW, necrophilia, bestiality, child pornography or animal abuse, only gore images that had been published for members of the server to feel "edgys". Peluchin's participation in the server was really low and he was there as a joke, he was not really Mordo's best friend and Mordo repudiated what he did, Randomware had taken out of context and falsified many things to harm Mordo. that he left and that her mother gave the cats to a friend because otherwise they could have problems with animal owners. He said that he was not in prison, that he was only facing legal trials and that he most likely will not go to prison. He also clarified that the trial he had for sexual abuse at the Pablo Lemaitre school was on March 27, and not on March26 as the press said. In the post he reiterated that he currently has restricted access to the Internet, but that when he can enter, he will explain everything that happened.
He later posted on his community tab again, insulting people and various countries. He also said that (according to him he believes) they have tried to hack into his accounts. He said that he will upload videos when they allow it, since the lawyer in his case told his parents that it is not convenient for him to upload anything yet.

Later, there were a couple of "debates" with the same Super Wario Man talking about this topic. However, Peluchin continued to act with a troll attitude, insulting those present in the debate, while they exposed him.
Until November 2019, more was known about the return, confirming the date and time (December 2, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. Chilean time). That day he would talk about what happened. Before the planned return, on November 22, a friend of his uploaded a video in which he admits what he did with the cats and partially explains what happened to the other cats. Although yes, that girl had to convince Peluchin to tell the truth.
On December 2, 2019, he returned to upload videos and explain the truth. Everything happened because he sent his Hispanic enemies the video where he killed the cat, who together with the Skyoe sect began to ask famous youtubers to comment on him, being constantly humiliated. He was expelled from the school he attended since in that video where he killed the cat he was clearly wearing his school uniform.
Repentance[]
On May 2, 2020, Peluchin officially uploaded a video admitting all his wrongdoings, explaining what inspired him to perform these acts and finally apologizing, in the video he himself reveals the following details:
- The "troll" behavior that he had in 2016 until the beginning of 2019, was because he used to suffer harassment from other users when he started on the platform, which prompted him to do the same to others and assume a role of "villain", just to enjoy of the hatred and attention he received
- The sexual harassment of his partners began when he met "a bad and degenerate guy" and ended up becoming like him, in his own words.
- His fights with other users were for the simple fact of seeking more hate and negative responses from the rest.
- The cat "Jason" received that smack in the face as a game because it was his birthday and Peluchin affirms that he did that while playing, not with intention of abuse, the other cat "Jara" was only put in the toilet and the injuries he had were because he had born with "Ringworm ". Not because he made it.
- The cat "Jason" disappeared for 2 days before receiving the famous beating that popularized the channel, when he returned he was seriously injured and did not move his hind legs, after not being able to get help, on October 31, Peluchin recorded the controversial video, as he did to try to get the cat to move his hind injured legs. He also said that he abuser behavior was based in a Youtuber called ReSet.
Finishing the video, he says that he began to regret his actions after going to the asylum and meeting new friends, clarifies that it was thanks to his friend that he was able to change and stop being "sick of the head", he says that the video is dedicated to her by way of thanks and apologies. These apologies were obviously questioned by many people, such as the youtuber NauterPlay who criticized him for reading a script, in response to these criticisms, Peluchin defended himself saying that he always reads a script when making his videos as it helps him memorize what he means already modulate the voice. Current content[]
In his later channels, he has dedicated himself to uploading gameplays of video games such as Among Us, Roblox, etc. He has also uploaded videos about his "experiences" (discussions) with other people. He has also made videos showing off the objects he buys and their recommendations, such as some videos where he analyzed the usefulness of the gamer chair, which Saitam and Arev also uploaded on his deleted channel. Sometimes he mentions his internet troll behavior that he had in the past.
His current account, Matías (stated by him to be the only official one) is still reasonably active, and he uploads gaming videos and apologizes for his activities as a child. Another account which uploaded his videos with fake titles, has been proven as fake since it mostly uploaded reuploads of his videos with weird names and made many grammatical errors unlike Matias himself. A video on the channel was called "I have adopted another cat" and shows him holding what is now confirmed to be his aunt's cat. Later, the fake account uploaded a video called 'test cat...', unknown if it's by himself or from somewhere else, where a cat is thrown around and stomped on, also hit against a sink. Many were convinced it was the cat shown in the photo from Instagram (his aunt's cat). A video which contained the audio of the video was uploaded a day after it was released, talking about it. He's trying to forget about it all and hopes to be forgiven for his previous actions, however, it will ultimately depend on how the internet will feel about his actions, and so far, he’s still been getting more hate for it.

- YouTuber Penguinz0 started #AnswerUsYouTube after he spoke out about Matias and questioned why his channel had not been banned despite two years of controversy, comparing it to the moment when Markiplier's video, "Try Not To Laugh Challenge #2" got taken down for a clip of a staged road rage incident where four people dressed as cartoon characters drag down someone then hurting them.
- Peluchin's Twitter, DeviantArt, and Instagram are still up.
- It's believed Peluchin's video about adopting new kittens was originally titled, in English, "I ADOPTED NEW CATS TO KILL" but it could have been edited with Inpect.
- Matías claimed that the cat he threw in his toilet ended up drowning.
- He liked horror films. That may mean his first cat, Jason Krueger, may have been a mix between Jason and Freddy Krueger.
