Hey guys, Ron here

―Truegreen7

Ron Sroor (born: August 6, 1996 (1996-08-06) [age 27]), better known online as Truegreen7, is an American YouTuber who is mainly centered around the game Pokemon and it's contents. He is most known for his "Creating New Pokemon" series, where he creates his own pokemon from his walks.

Early Years[]

When Ron was 2 years old, he was given a "weird capsule with a mermaid inside". What he did not know was that it was a Vaporeon. This was his first ever introduction to Pokemon as a child, yet he did not know what it was yet. His love for Pokemon started when he was 4 years old, when he was introduced to the Pokemon animated series. In school, almost everyone he knew had a copy of Pokemon Ruby Version, influenced by him and his brother.

Start of the channel[]

Ron created his channel on May 1, 2009, although this channel was meant for more personal uses, such as school projects and such. The earliest public video currently is his Junior Shabbaton Video, a project he made for class. It wasn't until early 2014 when Ron suddenly became popular as a Pokemon YouTuber, after making numerous videos on Pokemon X, Y, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire, and Pokemon music as a whole. Throughout 2014 and 2015, Ron made several popular videos that are some of his most popular to this day.

Steady growth[]

In 2016, during the lead up to Pokemon Sun and Moon, Ron made several of his most popular videos, as well as his current most popular video, Top 10 Possible Eeveelutions in Pokemon. Ron, as well, made several collaborations with other YouTubers, such as MandJTV, TheAuraGuardian, and many more. Another series he made was a Pokemon Black2 Nuzlocke challenge, which is, to date, the only playthrough he has made on his channel.

Recent years[]

Ron is known now for his artwork based videos, such as "Creating New Pokemon", "Guess The Pokemon Name Challenge", and many more. Ron has also recently started making more music based videos, such as "Top 20 Sword and Shield Music". During the release of Sword and Shield, Ron released his opinion of the game, and upon the release of the game's Expansion Pass, he released his opinion of those as well.

Trivia[]

  • In the Junior Shabbaton video, Ron is revealed to be Jewish.
    • Ron is also of Hebrew descent, from both of his parents.
  • Ron has stated in the past that his love for Sceptile came from the Pokemon Anime, and "how badass it was in the series".
