Notes[]
- ↑ Despite never being a player, Huizenga had a number honored for him because he was their founder, and 37 specifically was retired because he was born in 1937, and also because 37 was his favorite number.
- ↑ Similar to Huizenga, Torrey was never a player, and had a number honored for him due to being the team's first president, and 93 specifically was retired to represent the Panthers' first season.
- ↑ Gretzky's number was retired all throughout the NHL.
