Piotr Czerwinski (born: November 30, 1985), better known online as Furious Pete, is a Canadian YouTuber well known for his professional eating skills, which he showcases on his YouTube channel.
Biography[]
Czerwinski is a fitness expert and professional eater. He holds nine Guinness World Records related to eating. As a teenager, Czerwinski suffered from the eating disorder Anorexia. He attributes bodybuilding to his recovery from the disorder.
Czerwinski has a slower digestion rate than the average person. His daily diet is comprised of six balanced meals, and he exercises daily. Czerwinski discovered he had beaten a Guinness World Record in eating without documenting the feat, aiding him in realizing his skill as an eater.
Personal life[]
On October 1, 2014, Pete announced on his YouTube channel that he had recently undergone surgery for testicular cancer.
On November 29, 2014 Pete revealed test results that declared him cancer-free.
However, on August 11, 2015, Pete informed his viewers that his cancer had returned, and that he would be undergoing further treatment.
On November 25, 2015, Pete announced that he was again cancer-free.
In February 2017, Pete announced his cancer had returned and spread up his body and he had began chemotherapy for it. He was confident he could beat it.
