Bettel Gavis (born: May 17, 1995 (1995-05-17)) is a VTuber affiliated with the second wave of HoloStars EN. He debuted with three other VTubers, Hakka Banzoin, Shinri Josuiji and Flayon X Machina.

Content

Bettel debuted on January 7, 2023. Post-debut he was supposed to stream Cooking Simulator, but due to technical difficulties related to internet (and his new PC) he ended up having to stream on Twitter spaces.

He has streamed himself playing Getting Over It, Superliminal, Rat Simulator, The Sims 4, Counter Strike: Global Offensive and Phasmophobia. In his first handcam stream, he made candy.

The jester of Adventurer's Guild TEMPUS.

Visited Xenokuni in the past to learn its traditional performing arts, and used that experience to draw up and lead the expedition into the land eventually.

Currently performs in the combat arena, but is planning to take his talents global someday.

His diverse clientele has given him an undeniably keen eye for aesthetics, and he can sometimes be a wise guy who goes straight for the jugular.

The fate of Jerry

During Bettel's debut, due to his luck being marked as maxed out, he held a short intermission to berate Jerry, saying "JERRY? JERRY! LISTEN TO ME! ON MY BIG DAY YOU'RE PLAYING JOKES. YOU'RE PLAYING JOKES - YOU'RE KILLING ME. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, I'M THE ONE THAT MAKES JOKES, NOT YOU. YOUR JOB IS ON THE LINE. GET IT TOGETHER".

Halfway through his debut stream, it is implied Jerry is fired/dead (if not both). After discussing his favourite anime/games, Bettel accidentally pulled a giant bomb out of his hat. He held another short intermission and was heard screaming "YES. YES I SEE THE BOMB. OH, IT WAS MY IDEA? YEAH JERRY, IT WAS MY IDEA TO KILL MYSELF AND THE AUDIENCE ON MY BIG DAY YOU KNOW OH-OH YEAH GREAT. OH THAT'S REALLY FUNNY. YOU KNOW WHAT LISTEN. TAKE THIS BOMB AND PUT IT SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE I CAN'T AFFORD FOR THIS THING TO EXPLODE, ALRIGHT? TAKE THE BOMB. KEEP RUNNING, JERRY, KEEP RUNNING. KEEP RUNNING, JERRY, KEEP RUNNING. WITH THE BOMB, KEEP RUNNING. JERRYYYYYY". Then, an explosion sound was heard followed by Bettel worryingly asking "Jerry...?" to no answer.

It is unknown if the bomb was Bettel's idea, or if Jerry decided to add it so he could get rid of Bettel due to Bettel's mistreatment of him.

In a Twitter space, Bettel confirmed Jerry is indeed dead. He also added that since Jerry was in charge of paying the bills, it is now Phantom's job to pay them.

However, during his stream held on January 15, 2022, he revealed that he went through the debris and found Jerry. He then tossed a skeleton in front of the camera. He explained to the viewers that Jerry is dead, and used the skeleton as a puppet to say "bye bye" to the audience.

Phantom

His dog is named Phantom. He found him at the side of the road. Despite claiming him and Phantom were inseparable, when Bettel asked Phantom for a kiss, Phantom disappeared.

Bettel stated that ever since he met Phantom, he's been feeling strange, as if Phantom is sucking away his life force and he is but a puppet to him and "IT'S SOME SLICK SICK TWISTED GAME". But later, he stated that he was "probably losing his mind again" and Phantom wouldn't do that.

Whenever Bettel feeds Phantom dog treats, he starts crying. But Bettel believes them to be tears of joy.

Peanut Gallery

The Peanut Gallery refers to "the best seats in the house". However, due to years of neglect, it is messy, has skeletons and the furniture shows sign of obvious wear and tear. The Peanut Gallery also has a lack of electricity which makes the neon sign with it's name instead say "Pant Alley". According to Gavis, the skeletons in the Peanut Gallery are just party props and definitely not people he forgot about when he locked the place up, because "That would be weird. And careless."

• Bettel's hat contains his props. However, when he tried to take out his debut stream's slides, he accidentally took out a picture of Yagoo.

But after he revealed his food tastes, and after he failed the game many times, Bettellion members began chanting "DON'T LET HIM COOK"
