GeeXPlus is a subsidiary Tokyo-based[1] talent agency company under BookWalker, a Japanese e-book store created by Japanese media conglomerate Kadokawa Corporation.[2] The agency was formed by Meilyne Tran after she proposed to promote sales of new releases through anime YouTubers and vloggers, and achieved undeniable positive results.[3]

The YouTube channel was originally started as an April's Fool joke, but they intend to upload more behind the scenes content in the upcoming future.[4]
