HAR PAL GEO, also known as Geo Entertainment, is a Pakistani entertainment YouTube channel and television network known for their films. They are owned by Geo Television Network, and currently the most subscribed channel in Pakistan.
History[]
The network was founded in May 2002 by Mir Shakil-ur-Rehman, and began regular services in October 2002.[1]
The channel was created on January 2, 2008, and began uploading sometime between 2008-2014 before removing most of their videos on January 6, 2017.[2] The first public video was uploaded on January 25, 2016. On February 9, 2018, the channel reached one million subscribers.
In around 2021, they took over ARY Digital as the most subscribed channel in Pakistan, however, on July 7, 2022, they were surpassed by ARY Digital. The last takeover was on May 24, 2023, becoming the first YouTube channel in Pakistan to reach 45 million subscribers.[3]

The channel uploads clips from films, along with music videos. They upload 30-40 times per day, and most of their videos are in Urdu, but sometimes they have English subtitles.
