HYBE LABELS (formerly known as ibighit and Big Hit Labels), is a YouTube channel maintained by South Korean entertainment company HYBE Entertainment. Founded in 2005 by Bang Si-hyuk, it is best known for managing the idol group BTS (Bulletproof Boy Scouts/Bangtan Boys). They also manage TXT (Tomorrow X Together) and soloist Lee Hyun.

On February 13, 2023, HYBE donated 500 million won to help 2023 Turkey–Syria earthquake, by donating money through Save the Children.[2]


Trivia[]

  • HYBE LABELS is the 2nd most subscribed South Korean channel, behind only BLACKPINK which was happened on May 31, 2019.
  • Their video Butter holds the record for most views gained in the first 24 hours for a music video.[3]
    • Their video Dynamite used to hold the record, breaking the previous record held by How You Like That by Blackpink.
    • Butter is also the fastest YouTube video (or at least music video) to 100 million views and the fastest video to get 10 million likes.
  • On May 20, 2021, the day Butter was released, they gained nearly 900,000 subscribers, more subscribers than any other channel did that day.
    • It was about 5 times as many subscribers as PewDiePie and T-Series, the two most subscribed channels, gained that day combined.
    • Around this time, they also overtook Dude Perfect as the 16th most subscribed channel.
  • HYBE Labels is the only channel to have five videos in the top 30 most liked YouTube videos (Idol w/ 14 million likes, Fake Love w/ 15 million likes, DNA w/ 17 million likes, Boy With Luv w/ 20 million likes, and Dynamite w/ 23 million likes).
