Vert Hal Rayon (ハル・レヨン・ベール) is a Japanese VTuber affiliated with the third generation of ProPro Production. She debuted with Anone Kaidou, Mera Hinotori, Chaki Ryoki, Sena Shiduki and Sora Mizuhane.

She debuted on December 13, 2022. This was followed by an introduction stream which became her most video. She then held a singing stream before playing Minecraft on stream. She has also played Dark Deception, APEX Legends, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Gactic Phone, Dokedomo Catcher, Getting Over It, Rat Simulator, Vampire Survivors and Fall Guys. She also hosts streams where she learns English as a native Japanese speaker through Duolingo.

Vert was illustrated by Rosuuri. Rosuuri also illustrated Purin Inukai, Charlotte Hoshino, Ironmouse and Miryu Kotofuji.
