Bryson Julian Rasmussen[1][Note 1] (born: March 12, 2001),[2] better known online as Haminations, is an American YouTuber, animator, and comedian. He has gained popularity for his animated story time videos.
History[]
Rasmussen's first animation was a stop-motion titled "The Great Rock Adventure", which he made with his friend Cole. It was shown in his video "My Art Journey" in 2019.[3]
Rasmussen began his YouTube channel in February 2017.[4] His channel began to gain traction in the spring of 2018 with his video "School!!!," which has amassed over 18 million views;[5] it was the most popular video on his channel until June 2021, when "Pain" became his most popular video.[6][7] In November 2021, "I Look Young" passed "Pain" in views, becoming his most popular video.[8] He then released his first merch store on TeeSpring, which he later moved to CrowdMade, continuing to add many new items. "My Brother Almost Died (18 Times...)" later became his most popular video; it has over 50 million views.[9]
Collaborations[]
Rasmussen and TheAMaazing collaborated on his YouTube channel's September 2017 video "My Imagination Part 2."[10] He is also good friends with animators Infamous Swoosh and BrodyAnimates, who he has made several video collaborates with on both his channel and theirs. He has also animated a scene in SomeThingElseYT's video "My 'like a taxi but not' Experiences."[11]
Personal life[]
Rasmussen was born on March 12, 2001, in the U.S. state of Florida.[12] He grew up living in the states of North Carolina and California,[13][14] and currently resides in Utah.[Note 1] He has three brothers: Brody, Brayden, and Brenner; and a sister, Brittany. His family is Christian.
Rasmussen began attending college in August 2019,[15] though he dropped out in June 2020 to pursue YouTube full-time.

- He has a dog named Beau,[16] and 2 Russian tortoises named Egg and Scooter.[17]
- He also had 3 other family dogs named Pixel, Dixie,[18] and Duke.
- He has his own mascot of the channel called the Ham. It is a creature with blushies, a circular shape, and a cat mouth.
- He hit puberty later in life, not just him, his mother, father, and brothers all hit puberty later in life as well.[19]
- He made a song called "Who I Am" in collaboration with his older brother, Brody.[20]
- Bryson is 6 feet 2 inches (188cm).[21]
- His arm span is also 6 feet 2 inches (188cm).[22]
- He was nominated for the 2021 and 2022 Streamy Awards in the Animated category.[23][24]
- He has three nephews: Hank, Brock, and Jack. He will also become an uncle again in July, as his brother Brody and his wife Jen announced they will be having a baby girl in July of this year.[25][26]
