Hey qué tal mis mejores amigos, yo soy Sant y aquí nos encontramos en un nuevo video para el canal.
Hey what's up my best friends, I'm Sant and here we are in a new video for the channel.

―Hey Sant's intro

Santiago, better known as Hey Sant (or simply Sant), is a Peruvian YouTuber dedicated to making Roblox news, gameplays and stories vídeos.

History[]

He was born in Peru. He is best known for his excessive criticism of other youtubers and displeasure from other people, as he allegedly uses clickbait and padding in his videos. On the other hand, there are people who see it as a good youtuber who makes videos very well edited and with white humor. Many of its followers are children under the age of 10, because it makes children's content suitable for everyone.

Reviews[]

Hey Sant has been criticized by most of its audience, one of the reasons is to use clickbait and a lot of padding so people can see it longer and thus earn a little more money. Another reason is also for uploading fake videos of stalkers, without saying that they are only for entertainment, thus causing many people to stop seeing them for cheating on them. He was also criticized for using game exploits (aimbot) in shooter games.

Controversy[]

Hacking in Arsenal[]

On March 1st, 2021, Roblox Commentator YouTubers like Rainster[1], Parlo[2], and KonekoKitten[3] exposed Sant for using an aimbot software on the Roblox game Arsenal in a now deleted video now reuploaded by other users here[4] titled "32 kills || MI JEJOR PARTIDA CON SNIPER || ROBLOX ARSENAL" which had 3.5k likes and 13k dislikes before being deleted. He was also caught trying to hide proof of him using aimbot by turning the cheat software on and off throughout the video.

The first proof he's using aimbot is near the beginning of the video at the 0:03 mark in the now deleted video. Around the 1:10 and 1:35 mark of Sant's video, his cursor locks on to the player counting a headshot and then it no longer locks. This shows that Sant hides his aimbot. Koneko points out that naming the video that way and using an aimbot is "super blatant". He also points out about how he managed to get away with this stuff while on Roblox's Video Star Program while he's obviously cheating.

Koneko then pointed out that the developers of Arsenal are investigating the situation and assumes that Sant is going to get banned.

One day later, on March 2nd, 2021, Koneko made a follow up video[5] talking about the outcome of the controversy and some details that he'd missed in the former video.

In another video now deleted titled "23 KILLS || CON MI SEGUNDA CUENTA || ARSENAL (ROBLOX)" on the 0:40 mark, Sant is shown using a pistol to shoot through a stairway to kill a player. This shows that Santiago cheats multiple times in the game to claim that he's good at the game when he's actually cheating which makes the situation worse for him.

Koneko, who is a pro at Arsenal, shows enough evidence in all this to show he's cheating the system.

Response[]

Koneko then explains that many YouTubers and Roblox users called Sant out for this behavior including greenlegocats123 and JOHN ROBLOX. The RTC Twitter account also made a tweet about the situation. Koneko points out that Sant uses exploits to "pretend to be good at a video game while exploiting". Koneko also done some digging and found some more videos by Sant where he hacked in those videos (which are now deleted) as well.

Koneko then points out that you "can't give people free passes just because they're youtubers" and then uses the term "caught in 4k" to show everyone what he'd done. According to Parlo, Santiago made a tweet responding to @ROLVeStuff and @EmirpERIF94 saying:

Soy un f*** hacker 😭😭😭😭, admito use aimbot para mi esta bien, soy un sucio jugador.

―Santiago's Response to ROLVe

This shows that he admitted to using exploits, But he did take accountability for his actions unlike other YouTubers who had gotten into similar controversy in the past.
