Controversies[]
Grooming allegations[]
In February 2023, Thomas was accused of texting underage girls and attempting to take teenage girls backstage after their concerts. Screenshots of social media conversations and alleged messages from Thomas circulated online, and the allegations quickly gained traction on social media.[1]
Thomas denied the allegations, stating that they were false and that he had never engaged in inappropriate conversations with minors. He also claimed that the screenshots were doctored or taken out of context. However, the accusations continued to persist, and some fans of Homixide Gang distanced themselves from the group.
In March 2023, Homixide Gang released a statement on their Instagram story that appeared to address the allegations. They did not explicitly deny the accusations, but they stated that they were "dealing with some personal issues" and that they would be taking a break from social media.<ref name="Grooming allegations">
The allegations against Thomas have not been formally investigated or substantiated. However, they have had a significant impact on the reputation of Homixide Gang and specifically Thomas' career. It remains to be seen whether the allegations will have any lasting consequences for the group.
