JEOTERREX is a former Spanish-speaking content creator from Argentina who's known for making videos related to videogame parodies, anime and creepypastas.
History[]
He would create his account on October 27th, 2009. Many of his videos were narrated using the the text-to-speech software Loquendo, their videos were parodies about videogames and also had their own blogspot page[2] where he used to tell about their online & IRL anecdotes and would announce the opening of a second blogspot page making compilations of crazy people online caught on camera, warning the viewers that potential adult content might be present out there.
By January 26th of 2021, JEOTERREX would delete his channel, only having to this day his Counter Strike channel[3] where he hosted a server with a Zombies Mod with only one video uploaded where the server is announced, said server was disclosed on the channel's about section.
Controversies[]
Username: 666 debacle[]
His first and major controversy would begin by 2010 where he would upload videos talking about username:666[4], an urban legend where it originated from a video made by Japanese Artist nana825763[5], where it depicts someone's computer recording where a person access a supposedly deleted channel with the name of 666, where it harbored disturbing material and YouTube's website distorted to look red. Also, other videos would be made talking about another channel named loqloqloqloq[6], a channel that tried to assimilate to username:666 by nana825763 and had uploaded various videos, including the known urban legend video of "The Grifter[7]", but uploaded under the name of "LOST"
The videos that were talking about loqloqloqloq and username:666 gained a lot of notoriety due to the outrageous claims Jeoterrex would make on his videos, one of those being whatever happens on nana825763's videos would happen to him, claiming username:666 to be real, and that this happened to him mostly on Cybercafes, and that he tried this using a Japanese version of Windows XP, or that he travelled to Japan to a Cybercafe and it would result on the same thing, or that the artist who made username:666 (nana825763) is linked to Satanism or anything related to religion (generally Christianity), trying to attract and scare a young audience by those videos, using religion. This would spark indignation among other content creators of similar size and it would result in many response videos[8], only few of those are still on the platform to this day.
Jeoterrex would enter into an in-fight with another Hispanic content creator known as totomotoloco, the latter mentioned would upload a video[9] where it supposedly shows the username:666 channel in question as a response to Jeoterrex, the channel has nothing but only the name, said mentioned video would be debunked by Jeoterrex by uploading two response videos titled "Lo que hizo Totomotoloco" (What Totomotoloco has done) & "Totomotoloco Atrapado" (Totomotoloco's Caught), totomotoloco's video would be debunked by others and eventually, after the eventual unban of the actual 666 channel it would turn out to be fake due to its outrageous amount of subscribers of 150K and views it had, nearing 100M, including its joined date of 2006. Totomotoloco would delete this video just to be reuploaded by OriginalChuCkNoRris1.
His last video about username:666 would be the supposed proof that 666 sent to Jeoterrex's inbox tab a message saying "Nice Try" in English for the supposed failed hacking attempt as a last response to the ongoing debacle. The last response video would come from a channel known as hakudoshi1415, which would state that the username:666 channel did exist (and currently is available[10] for everyone to see), and the reason why it was suspended, according to an investigation done by user LuisSlipknot1207[11] who accessed the channel using Google's cache feature[12] was due to instances of uploading adult material to the platform, and according to iluomo on a conversation with another user on the same topic about username:666's real-world channel, another cause would be due to involvement with an undisclosed user to a harassment campaign towards female users on YouTube at the time as iluomo would see the channel and the discussion tabs by the use of an account YouTube would grant to them with administrative permissions.
