Jamie, better known online as Jamify !, is a Welsh YouTuber that makes gaming videos.
Origins[]
He began making welsh videos where he would teach Welsh by reading certain topics from a textbook, moving onto songs vs google translate videos where he would put a song into Welsh google translate then translate it back into English he kept doing this for a while these video's weren't that popular though.
He also began doing collabs with his friend, d jc. These collabs were short animated stories that spanned over multiple episodes.
He then made a very important decision for the channel he made some gaming videos which would lead to the success of his channel.
He continued to make animated content along with Storytime he also made a 2 part debate series with d jc along with him streaming PUBG he then made a lot of comedy skits. He then made channel reviews for people.
He then created a couple of edited Minecraft videos. He also played some COD at this time. He then made his year 10 experience video which would become one of his most popular series he also began making math tutorials as well as making channel reviews for people.
After this he made lots of varying content as he struggled to understand what he wanted to make - this content consisted of comedy skits, random doctor who videos, talking about his theatre shows and acting jobs.
He started reacting to IOS app store reviews, now talking about his college life and livestreaming a wide variety of games such as Roblox, gartic and Minecraft where he allows the viewers to join. It was this that lead to a skyrocket in subscribers and viewers but now he plays Cookie Run: Kingdom and documents his college life via videos and vlogs/raw footage at the time!
My….. experience series[]
Ever since year 9 Jamify has been documenting his school life - it is his longest running series (4 years.) Starting from the very beginning of the school year to opening the results from the tests he had at the very end of the year/the very last day when there’s nothing else to cover! In these videos Jamify talks about what he has learned, how he has done in assessments, and things he has done throughout the year.[1][2][3][4][5]
Personal interests[]
It is known that Jamie is a great fan of Doctor Who and started watching around Christmas 2017 when he found his very first Doctor Who dvd - featuring David Tennant. Since then he is shown to have a great interest in the show.
Jamie enjoys learning Welsh. He participates in Duolingo and has been doing so for years - this is further supported with his older Welsh videos.
Jamie also has a passion for acting - considering it his dream job in the future. Whether he means in theatre or television is not known although he has had his television debut as an extra in Casualty among other acting jobs.
