Jens Dalsgaard,[1] better known online as Jens The Beast, is a Danish[1] YouTuber who uploads a wide variety of fitness videos on his YouTube channel.
History[]
Jens The Beast launched his YouTube channel on December 16, 2014.[1] He uploaded his first video, titled "Killing Chest and Triceps!!!", on December 22, 2014.[2]
Imprisonment[]
He was sent to prison for the first time in 2009 after getting in an altercation with a nightclub bouncer.[3] After his first sentence, some time later, he got imprisoned two more times, totaling four years spent in prison.[3] Though, after this, he decided to change his life situation, where he managed to launch a coaching program[4] and become part of 5% Nutrition after he got released from prison.[5]
