John Roger Stephens (born: December 28, 1978 (1978-12-28) [age 45]), better known professionally as John Legend, is an American musician, singer, pianist, and songwriter, who performs the genres of R&B, Soul, and Pop. Since he began his career in seven studio albums, including Get Lifted, (2004), Once Again, (2006), Evolver, (2008), Love in the Future, (2013), Darkness and Light, (2016), A Legendary Christmas, (2018), and Bigger Love, (2020), and one collaborative album, which was Wake Up! (with The Roots), (2010), four live albums, which included Live at Jimmy's Uptown, (2001), Live at SOB's, (2003), Solo Sessions Vol. 1: Live at the Knitting Factory, (2004), and John Legend: Live from Philadelphia, (2008), two video albums, which includes John Legend: Live at the House of Blues, (2005), and John Legend: Live from Philadelphia, (2008), and three extended plays, which are Connect Sets, (2005), Sounds of the Session, (2006), and iTunes Live from SoHo (with The Roots), (2011).
