Jonathan Lai (born: November 7, 2002), better known online as JojoSpotlight, is a Taiwanese-New Zealander YouTuber residing in Auckland. He's best known for his recreations and reactions to other social media stars.

He also has a second channel called Jodaddy (formerly Jojojo) where he often posts his music videos and other shorter videos he has produced. He was born in Taiwan of Chinese descent and soon moved to Auckland at a young age.
Collaborations[]
In June 2020, JojoSpotlight collaborated with Oli London's ex-girlfriend Frenchy Morgan, to produce the video Meet my new girlfriend, Frenchy Morgan (Oli London Exposed). In keeping with the Oli London theme, Jojo also collaborated with Youtuber Kinryyy. In a failed attempt to crash an interview between Oli London and Kinryyy. Both Kinryyy and JojoSpotlight still collaborate together and Kinryyy is often tagged on JojoSpotlights Instagram stories.
JojoSpotlight has only had one public interview which was carried out by YouTuber Ethan Aqui! There have been no other videos featuring these two Youtubers from there.
Milestones[]
In February of this year, he went live on Instagram to open his Silver play button (an award given to YouTubers for surpassing 100,000 subscribers). However, this turned out to be a prank for a Youtuber video. It is still not known whether he has received the Silver play button from YouTube/Creator Awards.
In September 2020, JojoSpotlight achieved 400,000 subscribers on YouTube.
Merchandise[]
In June 2020, JojoSpotlight launched his merchandise line. Currently, his merchandise has five collections and soon will be releasing a limited edition Collection. His merchandise line is operated by Palladium Merchandise, a New Zealand company. According to the Palladium Merchandise website JojoSpotlight founded the company alongside his business partner Pio Nicodemus.
