KREW, formerly known as Krew District and KatPlaysGames, is a YouTube channel which is a group of five siblings, ItsFunneh, PaintingRainbows, GoldenGlare, Lunar Eclipse, and DraconiteDragon.
History[]
The channel was created on September 24, 2013 and was originally owned by ItsFunneh. The first video on the channel is private called "Black OPs Rager Man", but, on July 29, 2016, the channel uploaded her first public video called "TAKING MY MAGICAL PILL & EXPLORING WE HAPPY FEW | ItsFunneh". The channel was abandoned until August 8, 2016, the group was formed to The Krew with siblings ItsFunneh, GoldenGlare, DraconiteDragon, PaintingRainbows, and LunarEclispe. The channel was abandoned again on October 11, 2017. The channel was quiet until October 13, 2020, nearly 3 years since the channel haven't uploaded anything. The video was just a promotion of their first collection. And soon after, it was turned into a promotion channel for Krew District and unlisted all of their old videos.
On July 24, 2021, they returned in Gaming via KrewLive and has parted their channel into Promotions, KrewLive (if they cant go live to ItsFunneh's Channel or decided by their followers in Instagram) and Shorts from their TikTok Account which is KrewTok.
On their 10th year on YouTube through ItsFunneh's Channel, they changed their logo but its on white themed.
Krew District[]
The group owns an online merchandise store called "Krew District" (stylized in all caps) which sells KREW-themed clothing and accessories. Krew District was formerly called under the website "www.shopitsfunneh.com".
MC Championship[]
MC Championship is a Minecraft Tournament for YouTubers and streamers run by the Noxcrew, in which 10 teams of four compete in a series of 8 minigames decided by the participants. A point multiplier makes each game worth more as each round passes, incentivizing teams to vote for games they might be bad at early on in the event. In the end, the two teams with the most points face off in a round of ‘Dodgebolt’ to decide the winner of the tournament. This makes it possible for a team to win despite potentially having fewer points than the runner-up.
MCC Pride 2021 was an event organised by the Noxcrew and sponsored by YouTube Gaming that took place on June 27, 2021, in order to raise money for the Trevor Project. Due to partnering with YouTube for the event, none of the creators involved were allowed to stream the event on Twitch. Due to their pre-existing contracts, many were unable to stream at all, but this did not impact the event.
The KREW is one of the two teams, full of competitors from YouTube Gaming, the other being Outsidexbox in Yellow Yaks.
- MC Championship Pride 2021: Team Green Guardians. Representatives: ItsFunneh, PaintingRainbows, GoldenGlare, and DraconiteDragon. They placed 9th overall.
- They were the most rooted people on MCC. Despite being on 9th place.
- They were welcomed on the Practice Server by Dream, SeaPeeKay and Gizzy Gazza Cartoons.
- This was the first time KREW participated without Lunar Eclipse. However, Rainbow has stated that Lunar will be around their Stream Chat supporting them. Draco has also putted Lunar Eclipse's Skin theme on his skin at his back.
- PaintingRainbows was called Rainbows instead of her full channel name due to the MCC being related to Pride Month.

- Most people mistaken the KREW members for friends, when in reality they are siblings.
