Production Kawaii is a VTuber agency based in Japan. The agency's aim to spread the Japanese sub-culture of ‘kawaii’, through media on a global scale. It's CEO is web developer and former LOY INC. founder Kyosuke Kinoshita.[1]
The earliest recorded proof of the company's existence is their Twitter account, which was created in March of 2021, and at the same time announced auditions for their VTubers.
