Aydin Cerkez (born: December 14, 1999 (1999-12-14) [age 24]), better known online as Kikizilla101, is an American YouTuber who posts videos about dinosaurs and Godzilla.

History[]

Kikizilla has been on YouTube since 2012 starting out as KIKIRIKIFILM200. But one day he forgot the password to this account and abandoned it. In 2013 though he came back with Kikizilla101. There he was mainly making Godzilla content and a small amount of dinosaur content. But during 2016 he dealt with a couple problems. Some personal ones, some problems he had with the Godzilla community mainly Shin Godzilla. Because of this he began to move away from Godzilla community and take a year long dry period with infrequent uploads from 2016 to 2017.

He then rebooted his channel in July 2017 at the time having barely over 200 subscribers, this time mainly focusing on dinosaur videos. He also began work on his own dinosaur series Mesozoic Isle at about the same time, making a Discord server. Overtime he became friends with bigger YouTubers and the hype around Mesozoic Isle made his channel grow incredibly fast. Nowadays he has managed a small business as a YouTuber having sponsorships with Safari LTD.

COPPA[]

Due to COPPA Kiki eventually decided as a safety precaution to abandon his YouTube channel and private all of his videos. This lasted until April 7th 2020 when he decided to unprivate his Kiki quests and Mesozoic Isle and keep everything else private. He also has semi moved to Instagram.

Trivia[]

  • The Kiki in Kikizilla101 was based on how when he was younger he was nicknamed Kikiriki.
