Kotoka debuted on December 9, 2022. Post-debut, the first game she streamed herself playing was The Closing Shift. Kotoka has also streamed herself playing Needy Streamer Overload, Minecraft, APEX Legends, Ring Fit Adventure, ARK, Night Delivery, Hand Simulator and Shadow Corridor. Her first song cover was of G4L - GigaP.

Controversy

Ableism

On December 30, 2022, during a stream, Kotoka said the word "r*****ed". While most chat members did not have an issue with it, after the stream, many comments on the VOD critisized Kotoka for saying it and called her ableist. On the same day Kotoka uploaded an apology video.

While Kotoka's apology was received warmly by most, several viewers (including those who were autistic themselves) believed the controversy was pointless because "r****d" is not a bad word.
