Kayla Marie Sims (born: August 14, 1999), better known online as lilsimsie, is an American gaming YouTuber whose content is focused on playing The Sims. She’s an avid builder, resulting in the majority of her videos being building for fun, or build challenges. In between those, she also does let’s plays of random challenges, her most famous series being that of spinning a wheel to decide her Sim’s fate.

Personal Life[]
Lilsimsie was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 14th, 1999 to Mark and Karen Sims. She is the oldest of three, having grown up with a brother named Brent and sister named Shanna. She and her immediate family moved to Orlando, Florida when Simsie was around 5 or 6 years old. She often returns to Chicago to visit with family during the holidays.
Lilsimsie graduated from the College of Arts & Humanities with a history degree in April 2020, one year early. She lives with her husband, Dan, whom she married on August 25, 2021, and her cat, Snap, being 10 minutes away from her parents. Dan is also her editor, the two having gotten together before he began editing her videos.

- For the Sims 4: Snowy Escape expansion, Lilsimsie had the opportunity to build three residential lots for the new world within the pack.[1]
- In December 2020, DrLupo did a 24-hour charity live stream for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. During that stream Sims was offered a 1-hour slot.[2]
- Sims was banned on TikTok because the platform deemed her as under the age of 13, despite being 21 years old at the time. She has since gotten her account back.[3]
