The reason for termination according to YouTube is, "This account has been terminated due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, deceptive practices, and misleading content or other Terms of Service violations." There were at least 10.6 million subscribers before termination.[4]

This might have also been due to the termination sweep YouTube did on kids channels in the late 2010s.
