Middle Ages is a Latvian YouTuber who specializes in making medieval covers of popular songs, known as bardcore. He launched his YouTube channel on June 12, 2020.

Channel[]

Middle Ages created their channel on June 12, 2020, and made their first video the next day, on June 13. Middle Ages makes medieval covers of popular songs known as bardcore, a genre which became popular in the summer of 2020 after Cornelius Link uploaded a medieval cover of Tony Igy and Vicetone's Astronomia and followed it with another cover of Foster The People's Pumped Up Kicks[1]. At the forefront of the genre were Cornelius Link and others, such as Beedle The Bardcore and Hildegard von Blingin'. The bardcore trend is no longer popular, and as such, a lot of bardcore channels no longer upload. However, Middle Ages still uploads.
