Marwa[citation needed], better known online as Mimzy Vidz, is an ex-Muslim YouTuber who made videos about leaving Islam.
Personal life[]
Mimzy was raised by a single father,[1] who left Islam before Mimzy did.[2] From the ages of 15 to 17, Mimzy was a TV presenter for an Islamic channel.[3] She is half Moroccan, one quarter English, and a quarter Egyptian.[4]
She married her husband, Veedu Vidz, around 2013, and they later both left Islam after studying it.[5][6] They live in the United Kingdom.[7]
Mimzy works as a counsellor, and experienced mental health issues from a young age.[8] She announced her pregnancy in March 2020,[9] and gave birth to her son the following December.[10]
