Nicholas "Nick" DeOrio (born: February 22, 1997 (1997-02-22) [age 27]), is an American YouTuber known for his drama-based commentary videos and brazen personality. He currently hosts the series Ultimate Rape Review.[1]

YouTube History[]

Nick joined YouTube on August 28, 2016, and began his YouTube career co-hosting for Tommy C's SFTP's streams until he started to upload to his eponymous YouTube channel. Nick is most known for his conflicts with creators such as Annand Virk and Def Noodles. Nick has also played a significant role in repairing the reputations of creators such as Mori (formerly JustDestiny), Slazo, and most notably Zaptie.

Nick has also frequently appears on RFC After Hours (hosted by fellow commentary YouTubers AugieRFC and co-hosted by Bowblax), as well as Tommy C's SFTP and has also made appearances on the Killstream.

Content[]

Nick's video essays have criticized public figures such as Chris Hansen, and "e-celebrities" such as Keemstar, Ethan Klein, and Deji. He has also collaborated with many other commentary YouTubers, including 2 three-part serieses with Turkey Tom and John Swan.

Along with drama videos, Nick has also taken part in several online debates with creators such as Oki's Weird Stories, The Rewired Soul, and TheQuartering. Aside from his main and side channels, he also hosts a podcast called Half Baked Podcast, along with Turkey Tom and Lord Vega.

Personality[]

Nick is known for trolling, mocking, and messing around with controversial and predatory YouTubers and others. Nick isn't afraid to take on personalities with large followings. He can be blunt and confrontational, often leading to conflict on Twitter. Nick's presence on Twitter has also led to several other dramas with creators such as Emily Artful and BionicPIG. Although Nick is a troll, he isn't always the agitator, as seen when Def Noodles (a content creator far bigger than him at the time) took him out of context to discredit all of their criticism for him.

Controversy[]

Feud with Shiloh[]

On February 20, 2020, Shiloh, one of Onision's victims, claimed that Nick exhibited predatory behaviors. She also attempted to silence/report Nick, and continued slandering him further. This accusation was created because Nick had outward skepticism to another accuser of Onision named Sarah, when she had made a Venmo asking for money for a computer, and Nick's reasoning for his suspicion is because of the lack of transparency in Sarah's Venmo. She later apologized for it, and addressed the claims Nick made.

"Indigo White" (an adult film star) then got into a petty dispute with Nick, where he leaked the DMs to prove how the Venmo was in fact lacking transparency. This prompted Shiloh to tweet out to report Nick's Twitter account, where she then called him a doxxer, and ended it with "#DeplatformPredators" to insinuate that Nick was one. This of course led to a large false targeted harassment campaign against Nick, where he temporarily privated his Twitter to not get banned.

This whole ordeal lead to the commentary community to back him up and Nick later made 2 videos going over this drama after.[2][3]

Technicals Drama[]

On November 16, 2021, a YouTuber by the name of Technicals released a video titled "What Really Happened to ZeRo"[4]. Later that day, AugieRFC, along with Nick and Bowblax reacted to and discussed the video on an After Hours[5]. When Technicals discusses the allegations levied at ZeRo by a Twitter user named Katie, they criticized Technicals for brushing over the allegations and having an emotional interview with ZeRo directly after. Augie and Nick argued that the section was emotionally manipulative and tried to exonerate ZeRo who they both saw as a creep.

After Technicals demanded to be let into the call in the After Hours, he immediately began to debate with Nick about the video. Nick and Augie argued that the video was manipulative and that ZeRo's confession was accurate while Technicals argued that it was invalid due to ZeRo's claim of confession actually being a suicide note. Fellow commentary YouTuber Edwins Generation also joined the call taking the side of Nick and Augie.

Twitter/X Arguments[]

After the debate, Technicals left the stream on seemingly good terms with everyone involved until he started arguing with Nick and Augie on Twitter regarding the Katie allegations. Augie and Nick argued that ZeRo is a pedophile and that he should not be allowed back on YouTube. All of this culminated in another After Hours stream[6], which included Nick, Augie, Bowblax, FlamencoTV, Tipster, WillyMacShow, Turkey Tom, Ricky Berwick, and Edwins Generation. The Twitter/X feud between Nick and Technicals was discussed, as well as the fact that Technicals had posted lolicon artwork on Twitter/X in order to defend his brother (PixelDrink) from accusations of him posting hentai of him having sex with underage members of a Group Chat, which were found to be true.

On the After Hours stream, Nick also had a heated debate with Flamenco on multiple aspects of Technicals' video. Nick left this debate in order to let him calm down after Flamenco called him the F-slur. Nick would come back sporadically later on in the stream in order to goad Oki's Weird Stories due to their long feud and the fact that Oki sided with Technicals. As the Twitter/X arguments continued, a live debate between Augie and Technicals was held on Keemstar's second channel[7]. In this debate, Technicals brought up the case of Zaptie, which Nick condemned Technicals for doing on Twitter/X. After this, Nick stayed relatively quiet on the subject until after endorsing John Swan's video titled "ZeRo Shame: The Technicals Cover-up".[8]
