Nicholas Channing "Nick" DiGiovanni (born: May 19, 1996 (1996-05-19) [age 28]), is an American YouTuber, chef, social media influencer, and reality television personality. He is mainly known for being one of the finalists in season 10 of MasterChef and for his cooking videos on YouTube and TikTok. He is known for his cooking video series on Youtube.

Personal life[]

Nick DiGiovani was born in Barrington, Rhode Island, to Chris and Susan DiGiovanni (neƩ Naimi).[1] He is of Italian, German, English and Iranian (Persian) descent.[2] He has three younger brothers named Cam, Pete, and Will, all three of which have appeared in his videos.[3] He has a pet hamster named Pesto, who is a Campbell's dwarf hamster[4], and he also has a Pomsky dog named Pepper.[5]

Nick mainly posts shorts of quick recipes. The majority of his content consists of shorts, while he occasionally uploads longer videos of more complex recipes. These longer videos often feature recipes that are more on the unconventional and/or expensive side. He has also made videos about catching live seafood like lobsters with Bayashi TV and scallops.[6]

There is a running gag in Nick's videos where his cameraman Manny does something weird, leading him to either fire him or do something such as slapping his hand. He also occasionally brings special guests in his videos, such as former professional basketball player Shaquille O'Neal[7] and actor Brian Baumgartner, who is famously known for his role as Kevin Malone in the NBC sitcom The Office.[8]
