Brooks Russell Heatherly, better known online as No B.S. (formerly No Bullshit and Brooks Show) is an American YouTuber and online conservative political commentator who criticizes other videos that he disagrees with, which are usually more liberal. His videos have commentary about the topic and try to explain why those videos are wrong.

The name of the channel changed since he said, "this kind of change is needed in a world where things are getting more and more PC."[1]

History[]

Brooks joined YouTube on September 11, 2012, as "Brooks Show", a CinemaSins parody, before leaving the channel as he found his interests aligned with politics and commentary videos.

Summary[]

Some common video ideas revolve around Adams Ruins Everything on CollegeHumor, South Park, advertising, movies, Vice, Lilly Saini Singh, Hannah Witton, MJ xoxo, Barcroft TV, Vaush, The Take etc. More recent videos show Brook's face in the sponsor section of the video, and he used to charge $1 on Patreon to unlock a face reveal. However, he supported Soph in a video while disagreeing with BuzzFeed.

He was caught one time at VidCon sleeping which also revealed his face, and he made an apology video about this event. He made a video about LeafyIsHere returning back to YouTube where he mentioned the fall of Content Cop and his girlfriend who was selling inappropriate pictures of herself online.

YouTube drama with NFKRZ[]

In one video, he accused Russian commentary channel NFKRZ of siding with liberals, SJWs and of being "anti-white" after NFKRZ made an earlier video discussing a video called "The Worst Anti-Buzzfeed Video of All Time" by No Bullshit. NFKRZ denied these accusations and insults from No Bullshit.

Feud with Blaire White[]

He made a video[2] on Blaire White, where he claimed to "expose" her, saying that she faked a hate crime against herself. He had no proof and the video was mass disliked.

Video tactics[]

He finds a video that he disagrees with and then makes a video about arguing over the points of the view in the video. There is stock video footage during the beginning such as the outro, and there are sometimes examples of models during the video. There would be a brief overview of a topic.

Demonetization[]

He claimed that he was demonetized by YouTube occurred before he had his first child in a video. This means no superchat or sponsorship for his channel, and he can reapply after a month.[3]

Trivia[]

  • No Bullshit used to have a YouTube channel called the Brooks Show.
  • No Bullshit is conservative, and there some YouTubers who mention his ways of debating.
  • The first video to feature an emoji in the thumbnail and the title of the video was released on May 16, 2020.[4]
