Well well well... what's good No Life Gang, it's ya boy it's ya homie it's yaaaaaaa... finish that man finish that man, ayy!

―Shaq's intro

Shaquille Davis (born: May 22, 1993 (1993-05-22) [age 30]), better known online as No Life Shaq, is an American YouTuber from South Carolina who formerly reacted to sports but now reacts to music, mainly hip-hop, and has since branched out to other genres such as rock and country. Apart from reactions, he will sometimes share some bits of his personal life and share his thoughts on current events.

He is well respected among the YouTube rapping and music reaction community. He has even got the attention of major artists like Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly. He was also a surprise feature in Crypt's Youtube Cypher Vol. 3.

Recently, he started a gaming channel called MoreLifeShaq (formerly DatsTuffGaming).

Personality[]

A distinct feature he has, is his raspy voice. He has a typical setup for reaction videos though at one point he had a green screen. He usually reacts to the latest music but also takes suggestions from fans. On March 28, 2020, he premiered his brand new animated intro made by Randy Chriz Perera who also made a fan animated music video for Eminem's Godzilla.

Shaq favors lyrical rappers as he loves lyricism and wordplay and hates mumble rap for its hollow lyrics and choppy flow. He likes appreciating and finding the different meanings within the lyrics of a song. He will pause the video either to make a comment or analyze the lyrics. Usually, he'll go into a song blind but when it comes to new genres or artists he'll do minimum research first. Shaq is also most notably a devoted Eminem fan and defended him multiple times on social media and in his videos.

When he comes across a "big moment" in a song or music video he'll either get a stank face or pause and stand up to take it all in. A running joke in his channel is Ja Rule being trapped in his bathroom.

Feuds[]

Due to his outspoken personality as well as his disdain for mumble rappers and rappers who diss and/or disrespect Eminem, he has feuded with a number of rappers, notable ones are:

645AR[]

Their brief feud started when Shaq reacted to rapper 645AR's music video "4 Da Trap" and his genius lyric breakdown video as well in a video he uploaded titled "645AR MUST BE STOPPED! (Mumble Monday; Episode 2)". Shaq insulted and mocked the rapper's trademark sqeaky vocals. This prompted the rapper to dm Shaq, dissing him and Eminem as well. Shaq uploaded a video about it titled "THIS MUMBLE RAPPER DM ME DISSING EMINEM! (Worst Mistake Ever)", further mocking 645ar as well as questioning his rapping ability if he were to get dissed by Eminem himself.

This prompted Shaq's fanbase to go at 645AR relentlessly, this also prompted a number of rappers such as "100kufis" to release diss-tracks on him on Shaq's defense. The feud presumably ended as 645AR himself never responded to the diss-tracks as well as never mentioning Shaq ever again.

Adam Calhoun & Merkules[]

It started when rapper Adam Calhoun was asked via Instagram life on why Shaq stopped reacting to country-rap or any other rap sub-genres to which he accuses Shaq for only reacting to those genres for money in the past and that when his channel grew, he stopped. Calhoun also mentioned that Shaq refused to react his latest music video at the time. Merkules also accuses Shaq for ignoring independant rappers like him after he got famous.

Both Merkules and Shaq eventually went back-and-forth on one another on Instagram and Shaq soon posted a video titled "THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED... (THE TRUTH)" where Shaq justifies himself for no longer reacting to Adam Calhoun and Merkules as their fanbase has grown rapidly, in that same video Shaq squashes his beef with Merkules.

Benzino[]

Their beef started when Benzino went on a massive twitter rant on Donald Trump, Eminem, Eminem fans and white people in general which prompted Shaq to mock him on twitter to which Benzino accuses Shaq of going against his own race and making racist remarks about Shaq being a slave to Eminem which Shaq documented in a video he uploaded titled "I THINK WE KILLED HIM! 🤦🏽‍♂️ (Not ClickBait)".

On the same day, Shaq uploaded another video titled "BENZINO WENT FROM BEEFING WITH EMINEM TO THIS...." where he reacted to and severely mocked and roasted Benzino's music video for "The Bigger Picture". In said video, Shaq mocked Benzino's height, his rapping ability and his aged appearance.

2 months later, the feud between the two reignited when Benzino once again went on a twitter rant, targeting mostly Eminem fans, Shaq himself and rapper RoyceDa59. Shaq and his fans dubbed 'NoLifeGang' started mocking and roasting Benzino on Twitter which caused Benzino himself to block multiple accounts on Twitter. A video about it was also uploaded titled "BENZINO GOING OUT SAD! HE AN ONLYFANS SUPERSTAR NOW LOL!" where Shaq carried out most of the mockery and roasting of Benzino.

Az Izz[]

Around January 2021, a rapper called Az Izz, who was once a member of the underground hip-hop group "The Outsidaz" alongside Eminem in the late 90's started teasing an upcoming Eminem diss track on his Instagram page which he claims will retire Eminem, Azz Izz's reasoning for the diss is that he claims that Eminem stole his flow in the past (highly unlikely) as well as accusing him for being a racist and a "culture vulture".

On 19th January, Azz Izz uploaded his Eminem diss track on his channel titled "What I Can't Say" to an overwhelmingly negative response from almost everyone who has seen it. This also prompted a number of rappers such as Knoxhill and DK to release diss tracks at him. Not long after, Shaq posted a reaction video to Azz Izz's diss track on "THE WORST EMINEM DISS TRACK EVER CREATED! HE TURNED HIS COMMENTS OFF!" where Shaq would mock and roast him as well as defending Eminem as a whole as well as encourage his NoLifeGang fans to go spam Azz Izz with hate comments on his channel and social media.

On another note, Shaq also reacted to Knoxhill's diss track at Azz Izz, where he continued roasting him showed his love and support for Knoxhill. After watching Shaq's reaction video to his diss track, Azz Izz (with the help of another former Outsidaz member Pacewon) released another Eminem diss track titled "The Come Up" where he mainly dissed Shaq, The Evolve and DK. Azz Izz also laughably brags about the attention he got after dissing Eminem as well as accusing Shaq and other reaction channels for exploiting his name for views despite only having 500 subscibers.

Shaq eventually uploaded a reaction to the diss track titled "I GOT DISSED BY A CRACKHEAD THAT THINK HE BETTER THAN EMINEM! *This is too easy" where he further insulted both Azz Izz and Pacewon as well as making fun of the poor production and the nonsensical lyrics within the track. After former Outsidaz leader YoungZee discredited and exposed Azz Izz for lying about Eminem during his interview with DoggieDiamondsTV, Shaq posted a video reacting to it titled "AZ IZZ EXPOSED FOR DROPPING EMINEM DISS TRACK! HE BARELY KNOW EM LOL!".
