Outfit7 Limited is a Slovenian developer of video games and media series. The company was founded in July 2009. They are best known as the makers of the Talking Friends franchise, a global success recognized by people all around the world. The company has offices in London, Ljubljana, Barcelona, Mumbai, Pissouri, Hong Kong and Beijing. The company was acquired by the Asian group of investors, United Luck Consortium in 2017, and then sold to Chinese chemical company, Zhejiang Jinke.

The company was founded in July 2009. It was founded by Samo and Iza Login, who were Slovenian and studied computer science. The company began making video games in 2010. Initially, their first games were unsuccessful, but their Talking Tom Cat application was released and it quickly became popular and recognized all over the world. The other games, although interesting, are not equal to the Talking Friends franchise. In 2014, they made their own show called "Talking Tom & Friends."In 2016, Samo and Iza Login decided to conclude an agreement to sell their company. In 2017, the company was taken over by an Asian company, United Luck Consortium. Four days later United Luck Consortium sold Outfit7 was sold to Chinese company, Zheijang Jinke. There has been a lot of confusion about who owns Outfit7 in this case. Samo and Iza Login remained in the company, but the Chinese have more control over the company. In 2021, Their show ended, but they make show over months. After their show ended, In 2023, a show called "Moley", the channel uploaded the episodes weekly but the show is not theirs
