Alecia Beth Moore Hart (born: September 8, 1979 (1979-09-08) [age 46])[1], better known professionally as Pink (stylized as P!NK) is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and business woman.

Personal Life[]

Moore was born on September 8, 1979 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, United States, to parents Jim and Judith Moore (neƩ Kugel). She has one brother named Jason Moore. Her father passed away in August 2021. She married Carrey Hart in 2006, and they have two children named Willow and Jameson.[2]

In 1995, Moore was part of an R&B girl group called "Choice" with featured Chrissy Conway and Sharon Flanagan. She signed a solo contract with label LaFace Records and released her debut album Can't Take Me Home in 2000. Her debut single "There You Go" (2000) hit number seven on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart.[3]

Moore is best known for songs such as "So What" (2008), "Raise Your Glass" (2011), "What About Us" and "Just Like Fire" (2017), and "Trustfall" (2023). She has released nine albums, one collaboration album, one live album, and five collaboration albums. Her debut album Can't Take Me Home (2000) was certified double platinum by the RIAA.

Moore has been described as "pop royalty" and an "outstanding artist" by music critics. She has spanned several different genres such has Pop, Pop Rock, R&B, and Folk. She is one half of a duo group called "You + Me" with Dallas Green. They have been hinting at a possible second studio album since 2021.
