Per Fredrik Åsly (born: December 21, 1986), better known online as PelleK, is an Norwegian actor, composer, singer and YouTuber. His channel mostly consists of pop songs or anime songs covered in a metal style, ocasionally he will release an original song in either English or Norwegian.
YouTube Career[]
On July 19, 2011, PelleK uploaded his first video covering Swedish heavy metal band HammerFa|ll's Hearts On Fire. The video has now gotten over 150,000 views.
His videos started to gather attention after he covered Kanashimi wo Yasashisa ni, the third opening theme song of the anime Naruto.
Currently his most viewed video is the cover of TK's Unravel, which has gotten over 26,000,000 views.
Personal Life[]
PelleK is also the lead vocalit of the British symphonic metal band Damnation Angels. He joined the band in 2010 but later left the band in 2015. In July, 2018, PelleK released his first studio album, titled "Absolute Steel".
In 2015, he married his girlfriend Stina Bakken.
