Pencilmation is an American YouTube channel and series known for uploading videos of 30 minutes, which are produced and directed by series creator, Ross Bollinger (born: November 15, 1987 (1987-11-15) [age 37]) who is a cartoonist.

History[]

Ross created the Pencilmation YouTube channel on January 31, 2007 and uploaded his first video two years later on June 14, 2009 titled "The First Pencilmation." After it was published, he starting making more videos on the channel. The series mainly focuses on a character named Hank who has been featured in many of Ross' animations.

Trivia[]

  • The channel surpassed seven billion views on January 31, 2020, the channel's 13th anniversary.
  • The show was created in 2004 on the Newgrounds site, but started reuploading their episodes on YouTube in 2009.
