Phase-Connect is a VTuber agency based in Vancouver, Canada. It was founded by Kevin Li, who claimed the company's goal was to "connect people across the globe with lots of fun and laughter".
The company recruits members from Japan and the West, debuting several VTubers in one generation. In January 2021, auditions for the first generation were held, and seven talents debuted two months later. In April 2022, Phase-Invaders debuted. In June 2022, during a live stream of Phase-Connect's anniversary, the second generation was announced, which consisted of six members. In May 2023, they announced another wave of Phase-Invaders.

The company has also held collaborations with fellow English-speaking VTuber agencies such as PRISM, Tsunderia, and idol. Many Phase-Connect talents also collaborated with the first wave of VTubers of CyberLive; on April 15, 2022, two CyberLive talents would leave the agency and join Phase-Connect.[3]
