On October 3, 2016, Prime Video India created their channel. Prime Video India uploaded their first video on November 14, 2016, titled "Amazon Prime Video | Chhota Bheem | Mighty Raju | Super Bheem".

On August 26, 2017, Prime Video India's channel was archived on the Wayback Machine. At the time, it had 173,671 subscribers, and its username used to be Amazon Prime India.[2]
