Michael "Mike" Greenfield (born: March 2, 1988 (1988-03-02) [age 36]) is an American home cook, entrepreneur, and YouTuber who is known for his recipe and air fryer videos and for trying out viral TikTok recipes.

Origins[]

Mike was born in Philadelphia. When he was in college he would get into home cooking and host dinner parties with his friends and classmates. After graduation, he would move to Brooklyn with his older brother Josh and start the cookery duo Brothers Green. They would both appear on their online show Brothers Green Eats and on MTV's cooking and music shows that aired on cable TV. Their online show ended in 2015 and the duo would split in 2019.

In 2013 Mike started his own YouTube channel, Pro Home Cooks, because he believed that home cooking should hold more value in everyday life.

Content[]

Along with typical recipe videos, Mike would post air fryer videos that push the capabilities of the appliance. Since air fryer videos tend to become viral on TikTok, he would both create an account and make videos based on trying out viral recipes from the platform.

While Mike is the director and most prominent person in his videos, he also works with two other chefs: Alex and Brandon.
