Regina Peña (born: November 19, 1988), (formerly known as Regina - Spy Ninjas and Project Zorgo PZ4), is an American YouTuber known for her vlogs and her collaboration with Famous YouTube Stars Chad Wild Clay,Vy Qwaint, Daniel Gizmo & Melvin PZ9 the Best Fighter. She used to work for BuzzFeed in 2017. She works for the fake hacker “eliminating” group The Spy Ninjas aim is to take down Project Zorgo after they discovered the organization's plans to pretend to destroy YouTube to support traditional media.

Regina, also known as the Domino's Girl, Inspector, Skittles Girl, PZ4. She is known for her clumsiness and her ability to hack better than her friend and close colleague Daniel Gizmo (formerly PZ1). She also has challenged the Spy Ninjas, Chad, Vy and Daniel to letting the Spy Ninjas get the Safe House and to reveal her face. The Spy Ninjas has also found out that PZ9 might be Regina's brother, and she was talking to her ”mother” which was later found out it wasn't her mother it was a PZ Member all along.
She is obsessed with Chicken Nuggets and food. Before PZ, She has been on Buzzfeed and had worked there, she also graduated high school in 2017 and also had friends. When she joined PZ her memory was erased by PZ1 aka Daniel who was, at the time in charge of recruiting people into PZ by erasing their memory.

Regina has a close relationship with Chad Wild Clay, Vy Qwaint, Daniel Gizmo and her Brother Melvin aka PZ9 even though they Are Brother And Sister Sometimes They Are Mean To Each Other . She also had a former love Relationship with an ex hacker and a guy named Harrison until they broke up on Nov 2020 and had a small relationship with a girl named Alie.
Deletion[]
On November 29, 2020, the account was compromised and deleted by Project Zorgo. On the same day, Vy Qwaint uploaded a video titled "TODAY My YouTube Channel Gets DELETED!". One day later, Chad Wild Clay uploaded a video, talking about the same topic. She had 2,160,000 subscribers and 78,366,696 views when the channel was deleted.
Resurgence[]
On October 10, 2021, the channel was reactivated after being hidden from YouTube for almost 11 months without any uploads since Project Zorgo's channel deletion onto Regina's channel. The Spy Ninjas found out that Regina has uploaded a video soon after they reactivated the channel. This left fans feeling dubious and skeptical as she was looking elsewhere around her surroundings as she was like "reading the script".
