Riley Jay Dennis (born: February 14, 1993YouTuber. She is known for making videos on LGBTQ+, feminism, politics, and other miscellaneous vlogs. She has a passion for fiction writing, intersectional feminism, and making video content.

History[]
Riley's YouTube account was created on July 6, 2011, but posted her first video on January 25, 2015, called "Liked the Hunger Games? Read this book next!" where she recommended the book The Testing by Joelle Charbonneau. She continued to post book reviews until she made videos about books, travel, and college life. Later on, she started making videos about advice and relationships. On June 7, 2015, she posted a video called "Are Liberal Arts Colleges Worth It?" where she talked about college life and her degree, starting her path to talking about American politics.
Afterwards, she began making videos for the website Everyday Feminism, with the video "How Many Genders Are There?" Soon after she had made many videos on a plethora of feminism topics. Riley voted for Hillary in the 2016 presidential election, and when Trump won, Riley made a video of disapproval entitled "hate won." She has made several videos critiquing Trump and his policies. On November 24, 2016, she received a lot of backlash after posting a video entitled "Your Dating "Preferences" Are Discriminatory" where she discusses whether dating preferences that exclude trans people are innate or influenced by society. On February 12, 2017, she announced that she would be sharing merchandise about feminism and gender through TeePublic.
Around 2019, her channel changed from feminist political topics to theories on TV shows, movies, media, and occasional travel vlogs.
Personal life[]
Riley was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA.[1]
After graduating college in 2015, Riley went to work abroad in La Rochelle, France and worked as an English teaching assistant with the TAPIF program.[2] After this, she moved to Los Angeles in 2016. Riley started dating YouTuber Fiona "neonfiona" Morgan on April 2, 2016 after they met on Twitter a few months prior.[3] They were in a long-distance relationship with occasional visits for two years.[4] Back in the US, Dennis was able to start hormone replacement therapy. Dennis and her girlfriend both moved to an apartment together in Sydney, Australia in April 2018.[5] They got engaged on April 18, 2019.[6]
She and her fiancée began indefinitely traveling and living throughout Asia[7] from September 2019 until March 2020, returning back to Australia due to the Coronavirus pandemic.[8]
