Jay (born: October 18, 1999 (1999-10-18)), better known online as Rising-Jay, is an American YouTube animator, and artist. He creates animated storytime videos and parodies based on video games and other media.

Background

Jay first joined YouTube on December 20, 2017. He posted his first video on March 16, 2018. He would go on to a few videos based on YouTube animators crossing over, leading up to a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate parody in 2019 which would go on to become his most popular video with over 3 million views as of 2022.
