Ryan Long is a comedian from Ajax, Ontario, Canada, currently living and working in New York City.

Ryan makes videos critical of politically correct culture, the far right and third wave feminism. He believes that political correctness is killing comedy. Before he moved to New York in 2019, he would upload music videos of his band The Johnstones,[1]comedic television and web series’ he had been a part of or made, as well as a video by his side project Ryan’s Side.[2]

On May 25 2017, he uploaded his first comedy[3] skit, which was positively received, and then went on being a stand up comedian. When Shoe0nhead shared his video "When Wokes and Racists Actually Agree on Everything" in a tweet,[4] his popularity boosted. He is also critical of political bias,[5] performative activism[6] and narrow-mindedness, and believes internet activism is ridiculous.[7]

His comedy style has been likened to that of Sacha Baron Cohen, especially here.[8] He also applies subjects like therapy on themes of social justice.[9] He is also part of the podcast "The Boyscast".
