Cory Williams (born: August 5, 1981 (1981-08-05) [age 42]), better known online as SMPFilms or Mr. Safety, is a former American YouTuber who centered on himself making 2-4 minute long comedic videos, personal stories, interactive games, stunts, and documentaries. He quit YouTube in August 7, 2019.[1], but came back on LiveEachDay and TheMeanKitty (His second and 3rd channels)

The channel sometimes features his two cats Sparta and Loki. Corey had been making videos since 1999 but has been posting them to YouTube since 2005. The channel name derives as an acronym for "simple minded people".

Williams is known for his funny personality, being open about his farts, sharing personal details about his life, and having ADD. In November 2006, Williams became the host of a national TV show to come from video bloggers called The FIZZ. He has also been featured in other TV programs as a guest including: "Tom Green's house tonight", "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno", "The Tyra Show", and "The Bonnie Hunt Show".

Williams has also been featured in the upcoming film Vlogumentary. On his channel, Williams, features his friends, his ex-wife Stephanie (formerly), and his ex-fiancée Kate.

Williams is most commonly known for his original song "The Mean Kitty Song". It was published on September 5, 2007, and features his cat Sparta.

Williams also has a two other channels. One of which just has vlogged videos of himself in his day-to-day life called DudeLikeHELLA (now LiveEachDay). The other centers solely on his two cats Sparta and Loki called TheMeanKitty, however this channel was retired in June 2020 due to Sparta's death. In 2012 Williams went on a tour across the country of North America sponsored by GungHo energy. He traveled with Kate, musician Shaun Holton of the band "Projected Twin", and YouTuber Josh Kanan. During this time, the group of four would stop in several cities around each state and meet and greet with all of their fans and also provide mini concerts via Josh Houlton.
