Jaren Daniel Smith (born: April 29, 1997 (1997-04-29)), better known online as SMii7Y (pronounced "smitty"), is a Canadian YouTuber known for his comedic gaming videos.

Content

His videos commonly feature his friends, and he collaborates with multiple different YouTube groups, such as members of the Vanoss Crew and the Misfits. Popular games on SMii7Y's channel include Grand Theft Auto V, Mario Kart, Rainbow Six Siege, and Uno (plus various golf games such as Golf With Friends and What the Golf?).

SMii7Y is among the top 50 most subscribed creators from Canada, having garnered over 7 million subscribers on his main channel as of 2024.

He created his channel in April of 2011, posting his first video titled "Gotta Love Beta's" in October later that year. Battlefield 3 was the first game featured on his channel.

In June 2020, he created a second channel, titled "SMii7Yplus" - The focus of his second channel was uploading live stream highlights from his Twitch streams.

A third channel, created in March 2021 but not announced publicly until the following month 'SMii7yminus' is focused on clips from his videos that lack context. However, on November 2022, the channel was repurposed to posting VODs of his streams, though the old videos still stayed in the channel.

• He has experience in graphic design and was self-taught. He has designed most of his thumbnails and his profile icon. He also has an inactive website that includes some of his examples of his work as well as his full name.
• As part of an April Fools joke in 2017, he uploaded a 20 minute video of himself playing solitaire. These videos involve little to no commentary whatsoever, and he has continued to upload these once in 2018, 2019, and 2020 respectively as part of a running gag. In 2021, he uploaded a fifth yearly episode, albeit significantly shorter and uploaded to the SMii7yminus channel with the video's focus on the noises he makes whilst playing.
• He has joked against doing a face reveal, and despite it being rumoured that his face was revealed in Mini Ladd's Tennessee vlog, he admitted in his actual face reveal video that his face has been leaked online several times in the past
• In Garry's Mod, he uses a milk carton as his character, which references his milk bag persona.
