Siddhant Jain (born: October 25, 1994YouTuber who uploads tech and education-related videos on YouTube. He has a second channel named "Fast2SMS", which is a promotion channel for the eponymous website.), better known online as SidTalk, is an Indian
Siddhant was born in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. He was raised alongside his sister Ankita Jain. He built his first website named "All TV4U" while he was in tenth standard, and would live-stream TV-shows and sports-matches for free. However, the website was allegedly removed by a few broadcasted brands due to copyright and demonetisation issues. After completing his schooling, he joined the Ram Krishna Dharmarth Foundation University in Bhopal, where he completed his engineering from, and graduated with a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering.
However, he could not continue further due to not receiving a placement in the next year. He decided to start building more websites and distributing educational material. After a few minor websites, he launched his second major website, Fast2SMS, a bulk SMS service.
He wanted to build his career on teaching about website development and script-writing. Soon, he found out about YouTube and decided to use it to do that. He uploaded his first video on June 21, 2016 titled "[Hindi - हिन्दी] What is HTML | History behind HTML | SidTalk, in which he talked about the basics of the coding language "HTML".
He continued posting programming-related and online earning-related videos, along with updates regarding time-limited offers provided by Indian telecom services. He uploaded his first unboxing video titled "JioFi 3 Unboxing & Review | Connect 31 Devices | Activate Jio4GVoice in 2G / 3G Phone | JIO PRIME" on March 17, 2017, in which he unboxed the newly launched portable Wi-Fi device "JioFi 3". Slowly, he started uploading videos on online finance and investment and devices' "secret facts"-related videos too. He now has his own small business group named "Sid Group", which maintains the "Fast2sms" website.
The videos are generally based on one particular topic, whether it is tech-related or not. They have transformed from screen recorded and slideshow videos to those made like TV shows. He also makes motivational videos. Topics covered in the videos are mentioned in their descriptions, though not along with timestamps. He has been occasionally called a "robot" as a joke, due to how fast he speaks in the videos.
