Sulieman "Slim" Albaher (born: July 15, 1994 (1994-07-15)), better known online simply as Slim, is an American YouTuber, actor, and boxer of Yemeni origin. His fan base is referred to as Slimmofication.

Early life

Sulieman Albaher was born on July 15, 1994, in Brooklyn, New York City, New York. His parents are from Yemen. He has three brothers named Khaled, Hamzah, and Tarek.

YouTube career

Slim joined YouTube with his main account on December 24, 2012. He started to upload prank videos in 2013. At that time, he mostly used to upload vlogs, skits and challenges with his brothers. On 15 September 2013, Slim uploaded his first vlog which was about Treemclimbing. His channel began to grew in the same year and eventually got more than 10,000 subscribers and Slim started to make more videos. In 2015, Slim got 100,000 subscribers Slim received a lot of popularity after he started to become a YouTube boxer in 2019. Slim was also signed by the Ampli-Truth Productions.

In August 2019, an English professional boxing company named Winfinity signed Slim for a boxing match. After a while, the company signed YouTuber FOUSEY for the event and the company booked Slim vs. Fousey boxing match. On 27 September 2019, the press conference was held at the Faringdon Grove, Romford in England hosted. The press conference resulted in a face-off where Slim took the championship for which he was fighting against Fousey. On 28 September 2019, The weigh-in took place at the Mayfair Avenue, Romford in England. Slim weighed 72.1lb while Fousey weighed 81.8lb.

On 29 September 2019, Slim made his boxing debut against FouseyTube. When the first round started, Slim had the upper hand and in the third round, blood started coming out from Fousey's nose. In the fourth round, after Slim was destroying Fousey, the towel was thrown and Slim won by Technical knockout. After Slim was declared the winner, he said that he loves Fousey and hugged Fousey and showed sportsmanship and ended the rivalry. Slim also said that he won this fight for Yemen. Fousey told that he won't box again. After the match, both have recorded a lot together and are great friends.

Slim would make his boxing return as he took a two weeks notice fight on August of 2022. He would be replacing Blueface due to altercation with girlfriend and be fighting Brazilian YouTuber and FaZe Clan founder FaZe Temperrr. Who was previously coming off an overturned win over King Kenny. This would be for the ICB World Light Heavyweight Championship and the fight would take place in the O2 Arena and the fight would be scheduled for 4 rounds. In the second round, Slim would land a nasty right backing Temperrr to the ropes. Then landing some blows and then unleashing a brutal right hook that would send Temperrr down. The referee would stop the fight handing Slim his 3rd pro win and claiming the ICB World light-heavyweight title.

Slim was supposed to fight British BMX YouTuber Ryan Taylor some time after but after an altercation happened between both of them where Slim's eye was severely injured so therefore the fight was called off. On 15 September, it was announced that Slim will fight Taylor in the co-main event of MF & DAZN X Series 002: Jay Swingler vs. Cherdleys on 15 October 2022 at the Utilita Arena in Sheffield. Slim and Taylor would somewhat go toe to toe with Slim mostly being the aggressor, dropping Taylor in the second round with a long ranged right hand. The fight would go the distance as the judge saw Slim win every round. Slim would win the fight by unanimous decision defending the ICB World light-heavyweight title and winning the Misfits light-heavyweight championship.

On 1 December 2022 it was announced that Slim will be fighting British musician Tom Zanetti in the co-main event of MF & DAZN X Series 004: KSI vs. FaZe Temperrr on 14 January 2023 at Wembley Arena in London, England. On 14 January at the event, Slim defeated Zanetti via unanimous decision and retained his Misfits light-heavyweight championship. On January 23, it was announced by Mams Taylor that Slim has vacated the Misfits light-heavyweight belt and moving down to Middleweight or Super Middleweight to pursue the currently vacant Misfits middleweight title.

On 25 March 2023, Slim announced on Twitter that he has a fight announcement coming soon. He jokingly posted videos of his next opponent being an African Grey bird. Although Slim's video didn’t show an opponent, fans speculate he could be teasing a fight with Singaporean YouTuber and TikToker Nicholai "NichLmao" Perrett as Nich's surname is Perrett is similar to Parrot. On 1 May, it was announced that the winner of Salt Papi and Anthony "PrettyBoy" Taylor is scheduled to fight Slim on MF & DAZN: X Series 009 in Berlin, Germany on July 22. On May 10, Slim called out American rapper Blueface to box him on a future Misfits event. On May 13, Slim was called out by Taylor after his win over Papi. On July 25, 2023, the Misfits Small Council wants Slim vs. Papi for a belt. Papi reacted to this by saying "LET’S DO THIS FOR FUN BRO!! I’M 180-185 LBS RN BUT WE CAN MEET AT THE MIDDLE 170-175 LBS?".

On August 5, Misfits Boxing co-owner Mams Taylor posted on Twitter that the Small Council has ordered the bout between Slim and Papi to take place for the Misfits Boxing Middleweight Title, which Slim has not responded which Taylor gave Slim a deadline to responded by August 7 at 5:00pm BST. On August 8, it was confirmed that Slim isn't fighting Papi on the Prime Card. On September 7, Slim confronted on Twitter that he has a boxing match in the Middle East. On September 23, 2023 during the MF & DAZN: X Series 009 broadcast, it was announced that Slim will face Filipino TikToker Papi for the vacant MFB Middleweight Championship on the undercard of the MF & DAZN: X Series 10 – The Prime Card at the Manchester Arena in Manchester, England on October 14, 2023. On the night of the fight, Slim defeated Papi via 4th round technical knockout.

Cancelled outnumbered bout

On 8 June 2024, Slim and American mixed martial artist Anthony Taylor was called out by English YouTuber KSI to fight him in 2-on-1 handicap match on 31 August 2024 in Dublin, Ireland. Within an hour, both Albaher and Taylor accepted on Twitter. On June 30, the bout between Albaher, Taylor and KSI was offically announced. However, fans began to speculate if the bout had been cancelled following KSI deleting the bout announcement across his social media. Slim accused KSI of "ducking" their bout, stating he was the one who withdrew. On August 1, KSI confirmed his withdrawal in a Twitter post due to an injury sustained.

In September 2020, Slim challenged AnEsonGib to which Gib responded by saying Slim is not famous. In October 2020, Gib says that he respects Slim and later on Slim said the same about Gib. In November 2020, Gib said sorry Slim but you need to know how to promote a show and didn't accepted Slim's challenge. Gib kept roasting Slim and then Slim responded by saying Gib doesn't want to fight and said that Gib embrassed the Arab community. Many YouTubers including KSI, Miniminter, Randolph and many others said that they wanted to see Gib vs. Slim. In early 2021, Slim told that he was training hard for a boxing fight. After Gib vs. Tayler Holder was announced, Slim said that his and Gib's boxing match was so close to happen and that Gib was scared to fight. It has been more than eight months to this rivalry.

In December 2022, fans asked KSI why Slim is fighting Tom Zanetti and not Gib on MF & DAZN X Series 004: KSI vs. FaZe Temperrr, KSI responded to the question saying that Gib asked for too much money to fight Slim. In January 2023 after Slim defeated Zanetti, he appeared on the What's Good Podcast where he revealed that he was going to fight Gib on Social Gloves; "I was going to fight Gib on Social Gloves I signed and everything." Later in the podcast, Slim gives his reasons why he needs to fight Gib; "I always being compared to him. He is a major person on my hitlist."

In November 2023, Gib's Strength and Conditioning Coach Leon Wills announced that Gib had retired from boxing. In December 2023, Wills and Slim had a back and forth on Twitter with Leon hinting that Gib has returned to the gym but remains insisting that Gib has retired. In January 2024, Gib released a documentary on his boxing journey. In the post-credit scene, Gib teased he would be making a return to boxing against Slim. On September 15 during the MF & DAZN: X Series 018 broadcast, it was announced that Slim will face Gib. Later in an interview with Fred Talks Fighting, Mams Taylor announced the bout will be main event on The Super Card with 8x3 rounds, the first 8 rounder in Misfits history. On October 14, the bout was officially announced to take place on November 28 at the Lusail Sports Arena in Doha, Qatar.

Slim lost the bout via majority decision, the first loss in his boxing career. One judge scoring the fight even at 76-76, with two judges scoring the bout 78-74 and 79-73 in favour of Gib.

On November 16, 2025, it was announced by Misfits Boxing that Slim will return to the ring against Indian boxer Neeraj Goyat on December 20 at Misfits Mania – The Fight Before Christmas at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium in Dubai, UAE.

In early July 2021, Slim announced that he would be returning to the ring on an event called "Social Knockout". A few days later, he revealed his opponent was Emirati YouTuber N&A productions and their boxing match would be at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. The fight would also be Slim's first boxing match without headgear. The two fought and Slim decisively won the bout by TKO in fourty-four seconds. As of April 2022, this is still the fastest stoppage recorded in Influencer Boxing history.

In October 2021, Slim was originally scheduled to fight Ukrainian influencer Nikita Ionin on Social Knockout 2 in Dubai and in the Coca Cola Arena but Nikita was replaced by Emirati influencer 3bidaan for unknown reasons. On 15 October, Slim fought 3bidaan, who has just won his match on the previous Social Knockout event. Slim and 3bidaan would both trade back and forth until the 3rd round where Slim landed a brutal right hand knocking 3bidaan out. The knockout would go viral on Social Media.

Controversies

Kicked From Delta Flight

In December 2016, Slim was kicked out from a Delta plane allegedly for speaking Arabic. He released several videos on the controversial exit, explaining the situation. He claimed that White Americans were abusing him because of speaking his native language. Slim gained fame through this controversy.

Beef with Deji

After Slim defeated Fousey, he challenged AnEsonGib, KSI and Deji. Out of these three, Deji replied by saying that he would love to end Slim. In February 2020, Slim released a diss track on Deji titled "War" to which Deji didn't replied. On 18 May 2021, Slim was in the crowd of the YouTube vs. TikTok boxing press conference. Fousey questioned Deji about not fighting to Slim and Deji replied that he doesn't know Slim. Then Slim got angry and yelled that Deji chose an easy fight to which Deji replied Slim is an easy fight. During the open workout of the August 27 event, Slim and Deji hugged and ended their two-year long rivalry.

Slim was married with Sofia, though they separated in 2021.
