Brendan Thro (born: September 26, 1996 (1996-09-26)), better known online as Sneegsnag (or simply Sneeg), is an American YouTuber and Twitch streamer who is known for playing Minecraft. He is also known for playing SMPLive and SMPEarth which are survival servers that other influencers played on.

Content

Brendan's uploads on Youtube mainly consist of Twitch highlights from his streams over on his Twitch Channel, on which he streams a variety of different games. Brendan once commonly uploaded Minecraft related content such as speedruns, RLCraft, SMPLive, Tekkit, and old UHC Highlights, but Minecraft related content has mostly halted, barring MCC. In terms of non-Minecraft related content he also posts reactions to true crime Youtube videos posted by channels such as JCS.

White Noise

On April 1, 2022, Brendan and Ranboo announced their joint gaming channel, White Noise, and uploaded the first video on May 5, 2022.

History

When Brendan first started posting on Sneegsnag, he originally posted highlights of him playing Ultra Hardcore (or UHC for short) on Minecraft. While streaming, he completed his a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice as well as a minor in Psychology. Brendan then came to the decision he did not need to continue attending college because of the decent amount of money he was making from streaming.

Through the years, Brendan posted videos of him playing other games like League of Legends and also played other game modes on Minecraft like Skywars. Brendan also changed the profile picture of his channel; putting Lancer, a character from Deltarune, as his profile picture.

• Due to similar hoaxes, his unusual name, and his icon, he is widely believed to be a hoax by many Tumblr users, who are often surprised to find he is, in fact, an actual streamer.
