John Burke Krasinski (born: October 20, 1979) is an American actor who is also known for his YouTube channel SomeGoodNews, a news channel that focuses on good news that is happening around the world. The channel was made by John Krasinski and it received positive light on Twitter so John decided to make more. In the first week of the channels existence it reached over 800,000 subscribers and 9,000,000 views.
Selling to ViacomCBS[]
Following a massive bidding war, the web series was sold to ViacomCBS. According to news outlets, it will be re-branded on CBS All Access. A new host will be named later, though John Krasinski will have some sort of on-air presence.
