SomeOrdinaryPodcast was a collaborative podcast that discussed a variety of different topics. It was hosted by SomeOrdinaryGamers, Oompaville, and Nux Taku, with a different YouTuber or special guest appearing in each episode as the fourth host or guest.
History[]
SomeOrdinaryPodcast's YouTube channel was created on November 30, 2021, and its first episode was uploaded a couple of weeks later, on December 12, 2021, with fellow commentary YouTuber Penguinz0 as the podcast's first recurring guest.[1] Its final episode, #137, aired on July 31, 2024, with all three hosts and recurring guest TheGamerFromMars present.[2]

SomeOrdinaryPodcast followed a very similar structure to Trash Taste, another famous YouTube podcast. While the podcast didn't focus on any specific topics, some commonly recurring points of discussion were internet drama, memes, politics, and various other internet oddities.

Controversy[]
Loli Content[]
On September 16, 2024, a video of SomeOrdinaryGamers, Nux Taku and Oompaville was reuploaded, where they watched loli contents that Nux was showing them.[3] A post on SomeOrdinaryGamers subreddit restarted the drama again.[4] Mutahar later made a video on December 2nd, called "Post Nux Clarity" which he deleted 6 hours later. After deleting it, he made a Community Post[5] on YouTube explaining why he removed the video.
Trivia[]
- Episode #77 only had two hosts (SomeOrdinaryGamers and Nux Taku) and no guest. The reason behind Oompaville's absence in this episode is currently unknown, though he later returned in Episode #78. Over time, Oompaville's repeated absence in later episodes became a recurring joke among the hosts.
- TheGamerFromMars was the most recurring guest, as he appeared whenever one of the main hosts cannot be in an episode for one reason or another.
- The episodes were previously misnumbered by one from Episode #32, due to #33 also being numbered #32. This was eventually fixed, however, the episodes are once again misnumbered by one, as episode #118 is incorrectly numbered #119.
- The podcasters regularly joked about how they are going to be "cancelled" due to the controversial topics they often cover.
- Oompaville's gun has been shown on the podcast several times, and he often surprised the guests with its extensive length.
