Spam on videos and users' pages is an often case in YouTube community. Spam can be marked on YouTube by checking the 'Held for review' section, users can also check 'Held for review' to see what has been marked. If something that has been marked is not spam, "Approved" can be clicked and the message will be brought back to its normal state. Sometimes marking a comment as spam on YouTube will not work due to lack of reports.
