THQ Nordic, formerly known as Nordic Games GmbH, is an Austrian[1] video game publisher formed in 2011.[2] It is a publishing subsidiary of holding company Embracer Group.[3]
History[]
THQ Nordic, as Nordic Games GmbH, was founded in 2011 as part of the Nordic Games Holding Group. In 2013, THQ acquired Nordic Games as part of a deal for individual games. In 2016, Nordic Games' name was changed into THQ Nordic as from the acquisition.[4] THQ Nordic had acquired the rights to many popular companies, mostly game companies.[5]
Channel[]
The channel was created on October 18, 2011,[1] and the first video was uploaded on the same day.[6] The channel uploads trailers and clips of their games.
