YouTube Career[]
Early Channels[]
Ted started his first YouTube channel in 2009 and named it "PivotTKN," where he would upload stick figure animations he made himself. He found an interest for animation after attending a video game camp, where his original intent was to learn how to make video games. This channel ended in 2010.
In 2011, Ted wanted to play Minecraft, but not having the means to do so, Ted instead turned to the XBox "equivalent" at the time, Total Miner. Still wanting to make videos to show off his creations, he started a new YouTube channel called "Total Miner Builder". His very first video got over 40,000 views, and he continued to gain viewers and subscribers. This was Ted's first attempt at making serious YouTube content, and he eventually branched out to other video games like Minecraft. This channel ended in 2013.
After the unprecedented success of his previous channel, Ted created a new YouTube channel named "JehBerDeh" on his birthday in 2013. The name JehBerDeh is a phonetical spelling of the mispronunciation of the name "Jebediah", which is the name of a "ridiculous" character that Ted would do at a camp he used to attend. Ted uploaded gaming videos on this channel until around 2015, when he became frustrated with the lack of subscribers after having unexpected success on his previous YouTube channel. When Ted began attending college, he started uploading videos to JehBerDeh again, though very infrequently. After some years of this, Ted went on the "Solitary Confinement" podcast with popular YouTuber CallMeCarson. After doing this podcast, Carson encouraged Ted that his videos were good, and that he should upload more frequently. Ted followed his advice, and started uploading more often, leading to the current success of his YouTube channel, now just called simply "Ted Nivison". Ted also started appearing in Carson's videos after the podcast was published.
Current Channel[]
The content on Nivison's channel tends to be largely varied, going from reviews of weird movies to his friend eating comically large burgers. According to Ted, "I just do whatever the f*** I think is funny." Ted has many running "series," such as Reviewing Off-Brand Movies, Cooking with a Twist, Instagram quotes, and Milk-Based content. Ted's most viewed video however, does not fall into any of those categories and is more relatively recent, titled "The Accidental 400mg Edible," where he talks about his experience at the Misfits house in Australia where edibles were lined up. He had no knowledge of these edibles, leading him to mistakenly consume a whole nerds rope edible with painful repercussions.
Ted's current second channel, Ted Nivison Live, consists of stream content; these videos are primarily gaming, a genre which his main channel lacks. The games played on the channel consist of Minecraft, Demon's Souls, Among Us, Watch Dogs: Legion, and poorly rated games on Steam and VR.
Ted's current third channel, Ted Nivison Clips, consists of short clips/highlights from his videos. Although he told his viewers not to get videos on the YouTube algorithm in the first video, viewers are disobeying him.
Podcasts[]
Ted was a core member of the Lunch Club Podcast, where he had many funny stories such as his trip to China and his fictional "Craigory" story. He was a member of this podcast from its 2nd episode to it's final episode starring Eddy Burback. On April 8, 2020, Ted starred on the Misfits Podcast with Traves. On January 20, 2021, Ted created his own podcast with Jschlatt and Slimecicle; the first episode was released on January 30, 2021. Subsequently, a new episode has been released every week since, with two exceptions. Ted's podcast is called "Chuckle Sandwich," which was the name of his old sketch comedy group. He first mentioned the name in the Lunch Club Podcast, stating that he would definitely use it in the future. The Podcast is currently on it's 76th episode. It typically features a guest, with some notable ones being; Tommyinnit, Ludwig, Corpse Husband, and MoistCr1TiKaL. Slimecicle left the podcast, announcing his departure in episode 54 released June 1, 2022 due to not having enough time or mental space to give an adequate amount of his attention. He goes on to say that there was no bad blood between him, Ted or Schlatt. He made a reappearance in episode 71, but has not been on the podcast since.

Ted was a part of the now dissolved YouTube collective "Lunch Club", formerly known as "Fart Club" and "Goop". He participated in this with fellow YouTubers CallMeCarson, Cscoop, Hugbox, Traves, Jschlatt, and Slimecicle. Ted once described what Lunch Club did as "We make the funny, we do the thing."
